What is an Affiliate?
True North Affiliates are practitioners who are credentialed using the same high standards as all True North practitioners. They participate in circle process and in True North’s outcomes-based research program. Affiliates practice at an off-site location and schedule and bill for their own appointments.

Summary
True North is expanding. We are seeking to align ourselves with like minded practitioners who share our Mission and Vision. We are in search of:

1. Additional practitioners who will enhance the profile and viability of a model of health care that is a healthier balance between relationship-centered care and fiscal responsibility

2. Significantly changing health care in more communities by affiliating with like-minded practitioners

3. Increased opportunity for evidence-based, measurable outcome studies

4. Increased number of relationships in the community to share best practices

5. Additional credentialed, high-quality practitioners with whom to learn and grow

6. Better access for individuals with limited economic means as well as those individuals in rural communities to relationship-centered care
