True North is committed to increasing efficiency, decreasing reliance on third-party funders, and sharing the costs and benefits of providing a fiscally sustainable “healthier model of healthcare.” Learn about True North's facility fee policy, effective December 1, 2010.

You can always contact us if you have specific questions! To ensure the highest level of patient confidentiality, True North practitioners do not accept email questions from patients nor do they use email to communicate medical information to patients.
