As a client of Joe de Silva, he will work with you to define your goals and create a program that is unique to your needs and your body. With him, it’s more than just lifting weights. After evaluating your posture, your current level of performance, and any injuries or special circumstances, he will discuss and help refine your goals. Then, he will design an individualized fitness plan to match your needs while reaching the goals you want. Exercise programs usually begin in a corrective phase and progress to more advanced programs, which can be performed in gyms or at home depending on client. It will draw on your strengths, improve your weaknesses, always change and always be fun.

Joe will continue to work with you through your training making changes in order to keep things fun and in line with your performance goals. Tell him how you use your body and we will help you make it stronger, healthier, and more suitable to the task.

Joe has designed his facility to provide you with the best, most effective tools to meet your fitness goals. His bright and welcoming 1,200 square foot studio is full of the latest equipment available. The men’s and women’s locker rooms are always clean and provide full shower facilities so you can get back to your day after visiting us.
